• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your property address and postcode
• Photos or details about your loft
• Messages we exchange with you

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — because you've asked us to, as a step before entering a contract.
• To carry out and invoice the work — to fulfil our contract with you.
• To keep records for tax — because the law requires it.
• To send follow-ups and occasional offers by email or text about our own services, if you've enquired with us — under our legitimate interests (the "soft opt-in").

Every marketing email and text includes an easy way to opt out. You can also reply STOP or email us at any time and we'll stop.

We only share your details when needed to do our job:

• Installers who carry out the work
• Our customer records (CRM) and email providers
• Our accountant

We never sell your data.

• Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 2 years
• Customer records: 6 years, for tax purposes

You have the right to:

• Get a copy of the information we hold about you
• Have it corrected if it's wrong
• Have it deleted
• Object to how we use it — including marketing, at any time
• Ask us to restrict how we use it
• Have it sent to you or another organisation (portability)
