Quotes and pricing
The rates published on our pricing page are our standard rates. Your final price is confirmed in a written fixed quote before work is booked. That quote is based on the information and access described at the time. If the scope changes, or conditions are found that were not disclosed or visible during assessment, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Estimating tools
The project planner and any example project costs shown on this site are guidance only. They are not a quote and do not create a binding price.
Website content
Our knowledge hub articles offer general guidance about loft insulation, ventilation, boarding and spray foam. Every property differs, and this content is not a substitute for an assessment of your loft or advice from a surveyor, lender or other professional.
Spray foam, surveys and mortgages
Lenders and surveyors apply their own criteria. We can remove spray foam and document the work carried out, but we cannot guarantee any particular survey, mortgage or sale outcome.
Service assumptions
We work on residential lofts. Our work assumes safe access to the loft, a structurally sound roof and ceiling, and that the loft can be cleared where clearance has been agreed. Loft boarding is intended for light household storage, not habitable use or heavy loading.
